What is Line Dancing?

It's where people form a line or row, and do a repeated set of choreographed steps. There is no physical contact with the other dancers, but you do dance together following the repeated steps at the same time

Why dance with Pauline?

PGLD is Geelong's largest tuition network for Line Dancing. As a core ethos, PGLD continues to grow the skills of dancers throughout Geelong and not just to teach those stereotypical country songs but also to include other popular styles of dance. No experience is required. Come with or without a partner and your first class is free. A professional member of the VLDA and holding licenses with APRA and AMCOS.

I’m so glad that I started Line Dancing with Pauline earlier in the year on recommendation by a friend. Pauline and the class are welcoming and friendly. I have found Line Dancing is a great way to exercise and get your steps up, all while having fun.

Fitness, fun, friendship and laughter! Line Dancing has it all. Two sessions every week for me. I find it very enjoyable.

Line Dancing is a fun and energetic way to enjoy music while staying active. Pauline brings a wealth of experience and skill to every class, with years of expertise in teaching. Her ability to breakdown each routine into easy-to-follow steps ensures that everyone can keep up while enjoying the latest music. Pauline’s enthusiasm and encouragement creates a lively atmosphere, making each session both a workout and a social event. Personally! I love Line Dancing.

I have enjoyed the Line Dancing and music. It’s been good fun and helped my memory and exercise.  Found new friends and formed great social groups.

I moved down from N.S.W. 6 or 7 years ago, still wanting to continue Line Dancing. I found Pauline, she made me feel so welcome. Come and join Pauline’s class, you will not only learn great dances from a wonderful Instructor, you will meet wonderful ladies and make life time friendships.
